If you want to speak politely, you can say :
_ kiro yasemashita
When you want to say “I lost _ kg.”, put how much weight you lost just before “キロ kiro”.
“キロ” means “kilograms”.
For example, if you want to say “I lost 2kg.”, you can say like this :
