How do you say “What’s the weather like today?” in Japanese?
Today’s phrase is :
What’s the weather like today?
今日天気どう?
kyou tenki dou*
*We do not clearly pronounce the vowels in the middle and at the end of a word. We pronounce “kyou” like “kyō”, “dou” like “dō”.
- what’s … like? = … どう? dou
- the weather = 天気 tenki
- today = 今日 kyou
